If you do not have a local family doctor or nurse practitioner, our clinic can provide care for the first six weeks postpartum

Services Provided:

• Routine well baby care
• Weight Checks
• Breastfeeding Support
• Routine newborn bloodwork

*We do not provide care after six weeks postpartum and do not do early childhood vaccines*

How to access our services:

• You do not need a referral to access care - you can self-refer by calling the clinic to book an appointment
• You do not need to phone in advance - simply call our clinic when baby is born and we will schedule your appointment

Please note: 

1. The SGB OHT waitlist is different than the provincial Health Care Connect waitlist. You are encouraged to be on BOTH waitlists.
2. You do not have to give up your current provider to join the SGB OHT waitlist or healthcare connect waitlist.
3. The SGB OHT waitlist is only for residents of Collingwood, Clearview Township, Wasaga Beach or those with L9Y postal codes in Blue Mountains.click here
